"Looks really nice on the wall"
I was happy with this. The paper feels nice and thick, and the canvas look turned out great once I hung it up. It just looks really good on my wall, no complaints from me

"I was expecting this print to…"
I was expecting this print to take a while, like maybe they’d drag out the shipping or use the usual “processing” excuse, but it actually arrived way faster than I thought. It was packed properly too, so I guess they weren’t just trying to rush it out the door and call it a day. No waiting around, no hassle, and I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Order was fine, but the updates weren’t great"
My order showed up fine in the end, so I can’t complain too much. The only thing is the updates were slow and kind of confusing. It wasn’t nothing major, but I did find myself wondering what was going on a few times.

"Good paper, simple packaging"
The paper feels really nice to use, like I said, it has a good feel to it. The packaging was also minimal, not overdone or wasteful, which I appreciated. Like I said, simple but good.

"Not as flexible as I expected"
I’ve been using it for a bit, and the customization just feels kind of limited. Maybe they’re trying to keep things simple on purpose, but I do wish there were more ways to tweak it to fit how I like things

"Nice prints, confusing promo codes"
The prints turned out nice, so I’ll give them that, but the promo codes were kind of annoying to deal with. I had to spend way too long figuring out what actually counted and what didn’t. I still ended up placing the order, but the whole discount thing really could’ve been clearer.

"Easy return and great service"
I ordered a print from King & McGaw, but once I had it in the room it just didn’t quite feel right. I got in touch about returning it and the reply was really friendly and straightforward, which I appreciated. I sent it back and had my refund a few days later. I thought it might be a bit of a hassle, but it was all very easy. It left me feeling really positive about the whole experience, and I’d happily shop with them again.

"The print quality was actually pretty…"
The print quality was actually good, so no complaints there. I did get a bit annoyed with the size options though. The size I wanted wasn’t available, and I ended up having to go smaller than I planned. It still worked out okay, I guess, but yeah, not exactly what I had in mind. Overall not bad, just a little disappointing on that part.

"Really happy with how it turned out"
I ordered a print from King & McGaw and I can’t say I wasn’t relieved when it showed up looking so good. The colours and the little details are really close to what I saw online, which I was a bit worried about. The paper doesn’t feel cheap or too shiny neither, just nice quality. I’m picky with prints, but this one looks right at home on the wall. I’d definitely buy from them again

I emailed twice about my order and didn’t hear back until a few days later, which was a bit frustrating. The print itself turned out fine, I guess, and I’m happy enough with how it looks, but the customer service definitely could’ve been quicker

I’m really happy with my order from King & McGaw. The price felt fair for the quality, and the print looks better than I expected. The colours are really crisp, and even the edges and paper feel a bit more premium than the cheaper prints I’ve bought elsewhere. It’s one of those small things you notice once it’s actually in your hands. Definitely felt worth paying a little extra, and I’d happily order from them again

"Looks nice at a glance, but the details fall short"
I ordered a framed print from across the room it looks decent. But once I got closer, the finish wasn’t as good as I expected. The frame corners weren’t especially tidy, and I noticed a small mark along the edge. Packaging was fine and delivery was okay, so no issues there, but for the price, I was expecting better craftsmanship. It’s not terrible, but it doesn’t feel as well made as I’d hoped

"Honestly, way better than I expected"
I wasn’t really expecting much when I ordered my print from kingandmcgaw.com, just hoped it would look decent on the wall. But then it arrived and wow, okay, I take it back completely. The print is seriously sharp, even when you get right up close, and the details look so clear. It’s now up on the wall and I’m kind of obsessed with it. Really happy I ordered it.

"Nice frame, but the colors felt off"
The print showed up on time, so no issues there. The frame was fine too, but the colors were different from what I was expecting. The blues looked more grey in person, and the warmer tones just seemed kind of dull. I get that screens can make things look different, but for the price... I don’t know, it felt like too much of a difference. A bit disappointed with the print itself.

"Arrived safely, better packed than I expected"
I ordered a framed print from King & McGaw and I wasn’t totally sure what the quality would be like, or whether it would survive delivery without some kind of damage. But it showed up really well packed, with plenty of protection around the corners and the glass properly covered. No dents, cracks, or anything rattling around inside. It did take me a bit to unwrap everything, but I’d rather that than have it arrive damaged. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned up.

I had a feeling the sizing might be a little off when I ordered, and unfortunately that turned out to be true. It didn’t fit the way I expected based on the size info, so I ended up having to return it
